Mindfulness for Preschoolers

This course introduces the basics of mindfulness and its positive impact on wellness in preschoolers. Participants will learn to define mindfulness, understand its benefits, and explore two practical methods for use in the classroom. The course also outlines key curriculum components to support mindfulness integration and highlights how these practices can enhance emotional regulation, focus, and overall well-being in young children. 

Throughout the course, we’ll discuss how mindfulness can positively impact both adults and children—helping to reduce stress, improve focus, and create more intentional, calming environments.
